Data Handling Policy

Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub may need to pass on data shared by the Business Support Helpline with its delivery partners to effectively deliver its services. If consent for this transfer has not been obtained by the Business Support Helpline (due you not using the helpline as a point of entry to the service), Cheshire and Warrington Growth Hub must seek the opt-in consent from the you before any transfer of information takes place.

Step 1  – How to Complain?

Most complaints tend to arise as a result of a misunderstanding and so can usually be resolved on a first contact basis. We aim to respond to your complaint within 5 working days of you altering us to the problem.

If we receive no further communication from you after 7 days of our response to your complaint being issued then we will assume that the issue has been resolved.
