50,000 sq ft office building to cater for Warrington startups

A new office building in Warrington geared towards the town’s thriving SME and startup community has opened.

The Base, a 50,000 sq ft office block designed by Liverpool architects Falconer Chester Hall, has been developed by the Warrington & Co. growth partnership to meet the increasing demand for business space.
