Council to consult on simplified planning controls designed to support business growth in Ellesmere Port,

Cheshire West and Chester Council is taking a proactive approach to supporting business growth and development at a key employment site in Ellesmere Port.

The authority has developed a draft Local Development Order (LDO) for the town’s North Road Industrial site which, if fully approved, will grant automatic planning consent for certain types of development in the area.
