Haughton Honey aims to raise £80k

Haughton Honey has launched a funding round on Crowdcube in a bid to secure £80,000 as it seeks to expand internationally.

The honey manufacturer based at Radmore Farm, Haughton has already established 70 regional sales outlets including Booths and Protein Works. It now wants to take on more like-minded English bee farms in order to boost its growth.

The company hopes to move onto the next stage of its development and is currently exploring export opportunities to regions like the Middle East. To support this venture, it aims raise £80,000 by attracting investors via the crowdfunding investment platform Crowdcube in return for shares in the company. Read More
