£2.2m Sale and Leaseback deal on Warrington Warehousing completed

THE £2.2m sale and leaseback deal on the Warrington warehousing and distribution hub of Dinex Exhausts has been completed.

Acting on behalf of Dinex Exhausts, the Manchester office of Colliers International sold the 40,810sq ft facility built in the mid 1980s to BLME Light Industrial Fund, reflecting a yield of 7.83%.
