£30m deal agreed for huge Omega South Warehouse

A £30m deal has been agreed to forward-fund a new 356,000 sq ft logistics warehouse on Omega South in Warrington.

The 18.9-acre development site lies within an area earmarked to provide 2.1 million sq ft of manufacturing and logistics space.
