£650m framework wins for Galliford Try

Galliford Try Partnerships North West, which is based in Warrington, has secured places on two affordable housing contracting frameworks in the region that will be collectively worth more than £650m over the next four years.

The regeneration specialist has won a place on the Cutting Edge framework, which was first launched in 2011 and delivered more than 5,000 homes over the last five years. The framework operates on behalf of seven North West housing associations: the Riverside Group; Symphony Housing Group; Progress Housing Group, Regenda; Together Housing Group; Wirral Partnership Homes; and Sovini.

The business has also been appointed to the Innovation Chain North West (ICNW) framework, which was formed in 2012 and has so far delivered more than 4,000 homes. ICNW will now deliver £500m of new housing from 2016 to 2020 for 30 housing associations across the region including lead member Great Places Housing Group. Read more
