‘Ambitious’ Macclesfield IT firm targets £1.25m turnover following MBI

IT services provider Delta Comtech is looking to drive its next phase of growth following the completion of a management buy-in (MBI) deal.

The Macclesfield-based firm is targeting a turnover of £1.25m this year after seeing its sales director, Carl Enser, and operations director Ed Wright become joint owners alongside existing owners Geoff Barratt and Mike Orton.

In 2015, the business achieved 20% year-on-year growth as it passed the £1m sales mark.

Carl Enser commented: “This deal will build on the success of Delta Comtech to date.
