Ashtead Group Revenues Near £2.3bn
Revenues have risen by a fifth to almost £2.3bn at Ashtead Group, whose UK business trades under the Warrington-based A-Plant brand, and the group has announced plans for a £200m share buy-back.
The company has posted rental revenues of £2.26bn for the year ending 30 April 2016, up by 17 per cent year on year.
Pre-tax profits climbed by 24 per cent to £645.3m over the same period. And EBITDA increased by 23 per cent to £1.18bn.
The group has also announced a share buy-back of up to £200m in 2016/17.
Ashtead chief executive Geoff Drabble said: “2015/16 was another very successful year for Ashtead with group rental revenue increasing 17 per cent and underlying pre-tax profit up 24 per cent to £645m at constant exchange rates.Read More
