Housebuilder Bellway has signed up to more than 9,000 sq ft of office space at a Warrington business park.

Bellway will move to Birchwood Park’s Bridgewater Place, joining the likes of fellow tenants Rolls-Royce, Amec Foster Wheeler and Electricity North West.
