Chester Financial Planner acquires Yorkshire counterpart
A Chester-based financial planning business has acquired a counterpart in West Yorkshire in a deal that brings in more than 850 clients and approximately £250m in assets under advice.
Old Mutual Wealth Private Client Advisers (OMWPCA), which launched in 2015, has purchased Beaumont Robinson. The newly acquired business was established in 1971 and operates out of Shipley near Bradford.
Following the deal, Beaumont Robinson staff and management will remain with the business and support its transition into OMWPCA.
Beaumont Robinson managing director Michael Wall will take on the role of regional director for OMWPCA.
The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval.
