A retail park in Chester whose tenants include Next, Boots and Dunelm has been snapped up by a real estate investment company for £36m.
Greyhound Retail Park, which spans 121,103 sq ft, has been bought by real estate investment company Aprirose. The park is fully let to retailers including Next, Boots, Dunelm and Oak Furniture Land.
