Comms-Care bought by Fortune 500 company
A Northwich-headquartered outsourced IT services provider with 225 staff has been bought by a Fortune 500-listed company.
Comms-care has been purchased by Ingram Micro, which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, for an undisclosed sum.
