Consent granted for Crewe warehouses

Proposals to speculatively build a trio of warehouses in Crewe have secured planning consent.

The Stretton Property Group has secured the green light from Cheshire East Council to redevelop a three-acre site on Orion Park. The site will be developed in conjunction with Total Developments, with work expected to start in mid-February 2016.

The planning permission allows for the construction of three warehouses, associated office space, loading bays and car parking. The three warehouses will total 57,625 sq ft, with each unit also including office space on the first floor.
