Warrington Council has appointed I&H Brown for the multi-storey car park that forms an early phase of the £107m Time Square regeneration scheme being delivered with Muse Developments.

Warrington-based I&H Brown is due to deliver the 1,150-space eight-storey car park by October 2017.

Steve Park, managing director of Warrington & Co, said: “The construction of the multi-storey car park is an important part of the Time Square regeneration scheme as it will provide a new and attractive asset that will underpin and support the whole scheme.”

Nigel Taylor, I&H Brown managing director for England and Wales, said: “We are pleased to be associated with this prestigious project in our home town of Warrington. We are Warrington based employing localised supply chain and employees retaining the public pound within the Warrington realm.

“We relish the journey to deliver this project for Warrington and Co. and are delighted to be the first to make a start for the Time Square regeneration scheme.” Read More
