Deals close for half of One City Place

Muse Developments is understood to be in advanced talks with several office occupiers including solicitor Knights, the University of Law and accountant Baker Tilly over taking space at the newly completed One City Place next to Chester station.

The 70,000 sq ft office is the first significant new-build scheme to come to the market for many years in Chester and is well-placed to tap into pent-up demand from occupiers in older stock.
