Ellesmere Port Development Board marks fifth anniversary by welcoming new chairman

A milestone anniversary sees the regeneration chief involved in London’s Docklands, Liverpool’s Albert Dock and Salford’s MediaCity holding the reins for the future of Ellesmere Port.
