Fit-out firm’s stellar start to 2016

Warrington design and fit-out practice Claremont has handed over 161,000sq ft and £9m of new office space in the last six weeks, marking a stellar start to 2016.

The completed projects include the interior design and fit-out of McDonald’s office in Shoreditch, London, the £4.4m interior design and fit-out of a new London office for an international gaming company, an 18,000 sq ft fit-out and furniture project for IT security company Avecto and a £1m refurbishment for a global firm of human resource consultants.
