JSG cleans up with £6.25m deal

Cheshire-based textile services provider Johnson Service Group (JSG) has bought a specialist linen hire and laundry business for £6.25m.

The group, which is headquartered in Preston Brook, has announced the acquisition of Ashbon Services for a cash consideration of £6.25m on a debt-free, cash-free basis.
