MBO for engineering services provider

A Warrington-based engineering services provider has undergone a management buyout that secures the long-term future of the business.

Recently appointed directors Ian Hampson and Mike Dawber have led the deal for FBW Engineering Services.

The transaction allows founding directors Alan Forshaw and Martin Bleasdale to begin planning exit strategies, although both will remain actively involved with the business for the foreseeable future.
