Newsquest agrees Warrington office deal

Newsquest, the local newspaper publisher, has agreed a 10,000 sq ft office letting in Warrington.

Newsquest (North West) has taken 4 Cygnet Court (pictured) at Centre Park, which is located on the southern fringe of Warrington town centre on a ten-year lease.

Part of the Newsquest Media Group, Newsquest (North West) publishes a host of print titles across the region including The Warrington Guardian, The Winsford and Middlewich Guardian and The Northwich Guardian.

Centre Park’s other occupiers include Phonak, Clearsky Accounting, Countryside Properties and Pearson Vue.

The deal was agreed with BE Group on behalf of client DIB Partnership.
