Pets at Home appoints new CEO

Handforth-headquartered pet supplies retailer Pets at Home has appointed a new chief executive following the resignation of Nick Wood.

Ian Kellett has been named chief executive with effect from 4 April 2016. Kellett has been a member of the group’s board for the last ten years, filling the roles of chief financial officer and latterly chief executive of the retail division.

Wood will remain with the group in an advisory role until 1 July to support Kellett and ensure a smooth transition.
