Pochin’s to build 90K Sq ft Depot
Construction and property specialist Pochin’s is set to build a 90,000 sq ft depot for an electricity transmission and distribution specialist at its Midpoint 18 business park (pictured) in Middlewich.
The depot will be occupied by SP Energy Networks, part of the Scottish Power Group. It will include 17,500 sq ft of warehousing and offices as well as yard facilities.
