Sticky Walnut team set to launch Manchester bistro

The team behind Chester’s award-winning Sticky Walnut restaurant are set to open an 85-cover bistro in south Manchester after raising almost £60,000 via crowdfunding.
HISPI is due to officially launch in the former Jem & I unit on School Lane in Didsbury on Friday 7, October 2016. It represents the third venture from chef-patron Gary Usher (pictured) who made his name at Sticky Walnut, which won AA Restaurant of the Year award in 2014, and followed that up by launching Burnt Truffle in Heswall on the Wirral in 2015.
