Stobart logistics warehouse sold for £21.4m

A huge warehouse let to Eddie Stobart in Warrington has been sold to Griffin Logistics by DTZ Investors for £21.4m, reflecting a net yield of 8.24%.

The 376,228sq ft facility on Hawleys Lane, adjacent to Winwick Quay Indistrial Estate near Junction 9 of the M62 is fully let to Eddie Stobart – operating 13 contracts from the site including Tesco Direct, TATA Chemicals and Dobbies Garden Centre – for 10 years.
