The group has bought Salu Beauty, an upmarket US and Australian retailer trading as SkincareStore, from Walgreens Boots Alliance for an undisclosed sum.
News of its latest acquisition has fuelled talk of a possible float of the Hut Group next year.
The Hut Group is backed by private equity firm KKR.
Founded in 2004, its growing portfolio of websites now includes Myprotein, Lookfantastic and MyBag. Read More
