Warrington Business Awards – winners unveiled

THE winners of the annual Warrington Business Awards have been unveiled during a gala presentation evening in a giant marquee at Lymm Rugby Club.

Around 500 local business people packed into the event to cheer on the various category winners at the event organised by local businesses for local businesses.

Guest speaker was BBC Breakfast presenter Louise Minchin, who also helped present the various awards.

As well as the category winners there was also  a special surprise life time achievement award for local solicitor Norman Banner from FDR Law.

This was a new category introduced this year and was presented to Norman in recognition of Norman’s outstanding community work over many years in various roles with a number of organisations for the former Chairman of Warrington Hospital NHS Trust, who is currently Chairman of St Rocco’s Hospice and a consultant at FDR Law where he was a former senior partner.Read More
