Business Improvement Strategies

Delegates were given an exclusive opportunity to view the new Astra Sports Tourer in the foyer at West Cheshire College before our early morning breakfast event.

The event was focused on business improvement strategies. Sean Buckley, Integration Manager from Vauxhall, gave delegates a rare insight into the continuous improvement strategies adopted by Vauxhall. He explained how to apply processes and behaviours into any size business. Ian Gregory from the Alternative Board provided the essential guide to sales recruitment and sharing some top tips.

Finally Paul Mushrow from West Cheshire College closed the event by explaining apprenticeship funding available for businesses in Cheshire and Warrington. We would like to thank West Cheshire College for allowing us to host this joint event and to our guest speakers Sean Buckley and Ian Gregory.
