Opening dates set for Raymond Blanc sites

Celebrity chef Raymond Blanc’s imminent return to the North West has moved a step closer after the team behind Brasserie Blanc revealed the opening dates for two new sites in Cheshire.

On Monday, 27 June 2016, the Brasserie Blanc restaurant and bar will open in Knutsford and the Oakwood, the latest addition to the White Brasserie Company gastropub group, will open in Alderley Edge. Brasserie Blanc and the White Brasserie Company are the two core formats of London-based group Brasserie Bar Co.

Brasserie Blanc will open on Regent Street in Knutsford in the historic Royal George building. The restaurant, which is part of a group overseen by Raymond Blanc, aims to bring affordable French food to the town.

Following a major refurbishment, the venue will feature a relaxing bar space, a communal ‘kitchen table’ and spaces to suit all occasions from Sunday brunch to light lunches and celebration dinners. The restaurant will be open from 9am until 10pm from Monday to Thursday, 9am until 1030pm on Fridays and Saturdays, and from 9am until 9pm on Sundays.

There will be local beers, cocktails and an extensive wine list of French and new World wines. Read More
