Provoke wins Redware contract

Crewe-based brand communications agency, Provoke has been commissioned to undertake a strategic brand audit with global E-learning software provider, Redware.

The learning management system (LMS) supplier helps businesses grow by providing a competitive learning advantage and has successfully worked with car manufacturers, aerospace manufacturers and large retailers internationally.

Provoke will conduct the audit to understand Redware’s audience and current positioning and will use the data collected to further develop the brand output and assist with any repositioning.

Initially, Provoke will undertake a comprehensive review of the positioning of Redware, interviewing key clients to help recognise what features and offerings led them to choose Redware as their LMS provider. The audit will also include a tactical research programme incorporating comprehensive quantitative and qualitative research.

To follow this, Provoke will continue to work with Redware to secure standout in a competitive market. This will include an effective communications strategy with relevant assets such as a new website and events support. Read More
