Thyson Technology expands HQ
Analytical systems engineering firm Thyson Technology is expanding its headquarters and manufacturing facility in Ellesmere Port.
The company (pictured) has increased the size of its manufacturing facility by more than 50 per cent after agreeing to take on more than 8,200 sq ft of additional space. When added to its existing 7,000 office in Ellesmere Port, this means that the business now occupies a 22,000 sq ft site in the town.
Thyson, which last year achieved sales of £12m, also revealed that it is on course to hit its £14.7m target after landing £9m of new orders since the start of April 2016. At the same point last year, Thyson had secured new contracts worth £6m.
Over the past year, the company has broken into the UK’s biogas renewable energy market for the first time with £6m of new contracts with clients such as Qila Energy and CNG. Read More
